Final Summary:

 Educational Qualification:

1.  For DRDO (127 Posts):

• First Class BE/B.Tech or M.Sc degree in relevant disciplines.

• A valid GATE score in the respective subject is mandatory.

 2.  For ADA (9 Posts):

• BE/B.Tech in Aeronautical, Mechanical, Electrical, ECE, or CSE.

• Valid GATE score is required.

3.  For Other Ministries/Departments (16 Posts):

• Qualification varies – BE/B.Tech, M.Sc, or M.Tech based on department.

• GATE score generally required.

  Age Limit:

• General/ EWS/ OBC :   ₹100/-

• SC/ ST/ PH :   ₹0/-

• All Category Female :   ₹0/-

1. Screening Based on GATE Score

• Candidates will be shortlisted based on their valid GATE 2022 / 2023 / 2024 score.

• Only those with qualifying marks will proceed to the interview stage.

• Cut-off marks may vary by discipline and category.

   Note:  Shortlisting is purely based on the GATE score and subject applied for.

2. Personal Interview

• Shortlisted candidates will be called for a personal interview at DRDO or ADA centers.

• Interview evaluates:

  • Technical knowledge

  • Communication skills

  • Research aptitude

 Weightage for final selection:

• GATE Score: 80%

• Interview: 20%

 3. Document Verification

   After the interview, candidates must present original and valid documents for verification:

• Proof of age (DOB certificate)

• Educational qualifications (BE/B.Tech/M.Sc etc.)

• Valid GATE Scorecard

• Category certificate (if applicable)

• Experience certificate (if required)

4. Final Merit List

• Final selection is based on the combined weightage of GATE score and Interview.

• Candidates with higher overall scores will be recommended for appointment.

• General/OBC/EWS: ₹100/-

• SC/ST/PwD/Female: No fee

 4. No Correction Allowed After Final Submission:

• Double-check all information before submitting.

• Any mismatch may lead to rejection of your application.

• All updates (OTP, Admit Card, Interview info) will be sent via your registered details.

• Do not change them during the recruitment process.

• Click on "Register".

• Enter your Name, Mobile Number, Email ID.

• Set a password and verify via OTP.

• You'll receive your User ID & Password after registration.

 Step 3: Login

• Click "Login" and enter your credentials.

 Step 4: Fill Application Form

• Choose the desired post/discipline.

• Enter all personal, educational, and GATE score details.

• Do not make mistakes, as incorrect info may lead to rejection.

 Step 5: Upload Required Documents

• Passport-size photo (JPEG/JPG, 50–100 KB)

• Signature (JPEG/JPG, 20–50 KB)

• GATE Scorecard (PDF)

• Degree Certificate (PDF)

• Category Certificate (PDF), if applicable

 Step 6: Pay Application Fee

• General/OBC/EWS: ₹100/-

• SC/ST/PwD/Female: No Fee

• Use UPI / Debit Card / Net Banking

 Step 7: Final Submission
