1. Assistant Manager Grade 'A' (General Stream)

Educational Qualification:
Any one of the following from a recognized University/Institution with minimum 60% marks (55% for SC/ST/PwBD):

• Graduation in Commerce / Economics / Mathematics / Statistics / Business Administration / Engineering
• OR Company Secretary (CS)
• OR Chartered Accountant (CA) / CMA / CFA
• OR MBA/PGDM (2 years full-time)

Experience (Required only for non-MBA/CA/CS candidates):

• Minimum 2 years experience in Credit & Lending for MSMEs/Corporates in Banks/NBFCs/FIs, etc. 

  2. Manager Grade 'B' (General Stream)

Educational Qualification:

• Graduation (60%) or Post-Graduation (55%) from a recognized university

Experience:

• Minimum 5 years of experience as officer in:
  • RBI, SEBI, NABARD, SIDBI, EXIM, NHB, NaBFID
  • Scheduled Commercial Banks
  • Registered NBFCs

Desirable:

• JAIIB/CAIIB Certification preferred

3. Manager Grade 'B' (Legal Stream)

Educational Qualification:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Law (LLB) with 50% marks (45% for SC/ST/PwBD)
• Enrolled as an Advocate with Bar Council

Desirable:

• Master’s in Law or Company Secretary (CS)

• Computer proficiency

  Experience:

• Minimum 5 years of legal experience in RBI, SEBI, Commercial Banks, CPSEs, NBFCs, etc.
• Work in drafting legal documents, SARFAESI, DRT/NCLT cases, recovery, IBC laws, etc.

 4. Manager Grade 'B' (IT Stream)

Skill Sets: AI/ML, Full Stack Development, Security, Infrastructure & Network

Educational Qualification:

• B.E./B.Tech in CS/IT/ECE or
• MCA with 60% marks (55% for SC/ST/PwBD)

Desirable Certifications (Preferred):

• AI/ML, Python, R, Full Stack, CISSP, CEH, ITIL, etc.

Experience:

• Minimum 5 years in IT roles (Banking/FIs/NBFCs/IT firms)
• Specific Experience:
  • AI/ML roles: 2 years in Python, Data Science, ML
  • Web/App Development: Full Stack, SQL, RDBMS

  • Security/Infra roles: Network/Cloud/Security system implementation
