1. Educational Qualification
Diploma in Engineering in any one of these fields (from a Government recognized University/Institute):
Electronics / Electronics & Telecommunication / Electronics & Communication / Electrical & Electronics / Information Technology (IT) / Computer Science / Computer Engineering / Computer Applications OR
Bachelor's Degree in Science (Electronics/Computer Science/Physics/Mathematics) from a recognized university/institute OR
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Applications (BCA) from a recognized university/institute
2. Age Limit
Should be between 18-27 years (as on the closing date, i.e. 14.09.2025)
Age Relaxations:
SC/ST: up to 5 years (i.e., max 32 years) / OBC: up to 3 years (i.e., max 30 years)
Departmental candidates (Central Govt Civilian employees with 3 years regular service): upper age limit 40 years (not for PSU/Autonomous/Statutory body employees)
Widows/Divorced Women/Judicially separated Women (and not remarried):
UR: up to 35 years / OBC: up to 38 years / SC/ST: up to 40 years

1. Tier-I: Online Examination (Objective Type)
Computer-based test (CBT) with 100 multiple-choice questions.
Pattern:
25% Questions: General Mental Ability
75% Questions: Combination of subjects relevant to essential qualifications (e.g., Electronics, Computer Science, Physics, Maths, etc.)
Marking:
Total Marks: 100 / Time: 2 hours
Negative Marking: 0.25 marks for each wrong answer
2. Tier-II: Skill Test
Practical, technical skill test relevant to the job profile.
Marks: 30
Only candidates shortlisted from Tier-I (around 5 times the number of vacancies, subject to minimum cut-off) will be called.
3. Tier-III: Interview/Personality Test
Personal interaction/interview to judge suitability for the post.
Marks: 20
Final Merit
Merit list will be prepared based on the combined marks of Tier-I, Tier-II, and Tier-III.
