Uttarakhand Public Service Commission (UKPSC) has released the Additional Private Secretary (APS) Admit Card 2025 on 7th September. The written exam is scheduled between 22nd September and 16th October 2025. Eligibility Criteria

APS Hall Ticket UKPSC

  • Educational Qualification:
    Candidate must have a Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline from a recognized university.
  • Age Limit (as on 01 July 2024):
    • Minimum Age: 21 Years
    • Maximum Age: 42 Years
    • Age relaxation applicable as per UKPSC rules (SC/ST/OBC/PH candidates).
  • Other Requirements:
    • Good knowledge of Hindi typing and basic computer skills may be preferred.
    • Must be a citizen of India.

  • UR/OBC/EWS: ₹222.30 (including fee + tax)
  • SC/ST: ₹102.30 (fee + tax)
  • PH/Divyang: ₹22.30 (processing fee + tax)

Selection Process

UKPSC APS  

  1. Written Examination – Objective type test covering General Knowledge, General Hindi, and relevant subjects.
  2. Shorthand/Typing Skill Test – Candidates must qualify the prescribed shorthand and Hindi/English typing speed test.
  3. Computer Knowledge Test – Basic computer skills assessment.
  4. Document Verification (DV) – Verification of educational certificates, category, age proof, etc.
  5. Medical Examination – Final health fitness check before appointment.

Final Merit List will be prepared based on performance in the written exam and skill tests.

  2. Click on the “Apply Online” link available under the APS Recruitment section.
  3. Register yourself by providing basic details such as name, email, and mobile number.
  4. Login with your registration ID and password.
  5. Fill out the application form carefully with personal, educational, and communication details.
  6. Upload scanned copies of photograph, signature, and required documents in the prescribed format.
  7. Pay the application fee online via Net Banking, Debit Card, or Credit Card.
  8. Review the form and click on Final Submit.
  9. Download and take a printout of the submitted application form for future reference.

  5. Fill the captcha code (if asked) and click on the Submit/Login button.
  6. Your APS Admit Card 2025 will appear on the screen.
  7. Download it and take a clear printout for the exam.

  • Carry your Admit Card printout along with a valid Photo ID Proof (Aadhar Card, Voter ID, Driving License, etc.) to the exam center.
