• The selection process for Bihar Community Health Officer (CHO) Recruitment 2025 consists of three main stages:

  • Enter your name, mobile number, email ID.

  • Create a secure password and click on "Register".

  • Verify the OTP sent to your email and mobile number.

• Login

  • Use your registered email and password to login.

  • After login, the online application form will open.

• Fill the Application Form

  • Enter your personal details (name, DOB, address, etc.)

  • Provide your educational qualifications and nursing certification info.

• Upload Documents

  • Upload recent passport-size photo (JPEG, up to 100 KB)

  • Upload signature (JPEG, up to 50 KB)

  • Upload scanned copies of educational certificates, nursing registration, CCH certificate, etc.

• Pay Application Fee

  • Pay the fee using Debit/Credit Card or Net Banking.

  • After successful payment, the final submit option will be enabled.

• Final Submission

  • Review your complete form carefully.

  • Click on “Final Submit”. (No edits allowed after this step.)

• Take Printouts

  • After submission, download and print the fee and application form  receipt.
