Selection Process

1. Mode of Selection
- Candidates will be selected based on a Written Examination only.
- No interview will be conducted.
- Final selection is subject to Document Verification.

Note:
- Negative marking: 1/3 mark deducted for each wrong answer.
- All papers are objective type (MCQs).

3. Final Selection
- Based on total marks obtained in written exam.
- Document verification of educational qualification, caste certificate, domicile, and other required documents is mandatory.
- Selected candidates will be appointed as Assistant Education Development Officer (AEDO) in Bihar Education Department.
