Vacancy Details
  • MD/MS/PG Diploma seats across government and private colleges.
  • Subject‑wise vacancy details to be listed on NBEMS website once notice is out.
Eligibility Criteria
  • MBBS with internship completed by specified date.
  • Minimum 50% marks in MBBS (40% for SC/ST/OBC).
  • Registration with Medical Council
Application Fee
  • General, OBC, EWS : ₹ 3500/- 
  • SC/ ST/PH : ₹ 2500/- 
Selection Process
 Step 1: Eligibility Check
  • Candidate must possess MBBS degree or provisional pass certificate recognized by the Medical Council of India (MCI)/NMC.
  • Must have completed one-year internship on or before the cut-off date.
  • Must have a valid permanent/provisional registration with MCI/NMC or State Medical Council.
 Step 2: Online Registration & Application Form
  • Visit https://natboard.edu.in
  • Fill in personal, academic, and contact details.
  • Upload required documents:
    • Passport-size photo
    • Signature
    • Thumb impression
  • Pay application fee online (category-wise).
 Step 3: Exam City Selection
  • Choose preferred exam cities (first-come, first-serve basis).
  • A final exam city slip is issued before the admit card.
 Step 4: Admit Card Download
  • Admit card is released online ~3-4 days before exam.
  • It mentions:
    • Exam center
    • Roll number
    • Date & time of exam
    • COVID-19 instructions
 Step 5: Appear in NEET PG Exam
  • Computer-based test (CBT) format.
  • 200 multiple choice questions.
  • +4 for correct, -1 for wrong answers.
  • Duration: 3.5 hours.
 Step 6: Result Declaration
  • Result released on the official site.
  • Scorecard includes:
    • Total marks
    • Percentile
    • NEET PG Rank
 Step 7: Cut-Off & Merit List
  • NBE releases category-wise cut-off percentile.
    • General: 50th percentile
    • SC/ST/OBC: 40th percentile
    • PwD: 45th percentile
  • Candidates meeting cut-off are eligible for counselling.
 Step 8: Counselling Process (MCC & State Quota)
  • Conducted by:
    • MCC for AIQ (All India Quota – 50%)
    • State authorities for remaining 50%
  • Includes:
    1. Registration
    2. Choice filling
    3. Seat allotment (Round 1, 2, Mop-up)
    4. Document verification
    5. Reporting to the allotted college
 Step 9: Final Admission
  • Candidates must report to the allotted college with original documents.
  • Complete the admission process including fees payment, medical check-up, and bond signing (if applicable).

Important facts to know before applying online form
  • City intimation slip only shows city—not exam centre. Centre details in admit card.
  • Correction window allows limited updates (name, DOB, category) with fee.
  • Multiple answer‑key releases allow candidate challenges.
  • Final result post‑resolution of objections.

 Step 2: Register as a New User
  • Click on “New Registration”
  • Fill in basic details:
    • Full Name (as per MBBS certificate)
    • Date of Birth
    • Gender
    • Mobile Number
    • Email ID
  • Create a User ID & Password
  • Verify with OTP (sent to mobile/email)
 Step 3: Fill Application Form
  • Login using User ID and Password
  • Enter the following:
    • Personal Information (Address, Category, ID proof)
    • Educational Details (MBBS college, year of passing)
    • Internship Details
    • Medical Council Registration Number
 Step 4: Select Exam City
  • Choose preferred test cities (first-come, first-serve)
  • Final city will be confirmed in the exam city slip
 Step 5: Preview & Submit
  • Carefully review all entered details
  • Make corrections if needed
  • Submit the application form
  • Download & save the confirmation page for future reference
 Step 6: Download Final Application Copy
  • After successful submission, download the final PDF copy of your application form from the dashboard.
  • Keep it safe — you’ll need it during admit card download and counselling.
