NTA CSIR UGC NET June 2025 Exam Admit Card Out

NTA has announced the exam city details for CSIR‑UGC NET June 2025. The exam is scheduled for 28 July 2025. Candidates can check their city slip online. The application process closed on 26 June. Ensure to download your admit card and prepare as per the exam pattern. 

• M.Sc. / Integrated BS-MS / BE / B.Tech / B.Pharma / MBBS / B.Sc (Hons.) + M.Sc. or equivalent degree.

• Must have scored at least 55% marks (General/EWS/OBC).

• SC/ST/PwD/Third Gender: Minimum 50% marks.

• General: ₹1,150

• OBC / EWS: ₹600

• SC/ST/PH: ₹325

🔹 Step 1: Online Application

Candidates must fill the online application form on the official NTA CSIR NET website within the given dates.

🔹 Step 2: Admit Card Release

Eligible candidates will be issued an admit card with exam date, shift & exam city info.

🔹 Step 3: Written Examination (CBT)

• Mode: Computer Based Test (CBT)

• Paper: Single paper divided into 3 parts – A, B & C

• Total Marks: 200

• Duration: 3 Hours

• Negative Marking: Yes (as per subject)

 Part A: General Aptitude (common for all subjects)
 Part B & C: Subject-specific questions

🔹 Step 4: Answer Key Release

NTA releases the provisional answer key. Candidates can challenge it within the window.

🔹 Step 5: Final Answer Key

All challenges have been reviewed, and the final version of the answer key has been published accordingly.

🔹 Step 6: Result Declaration

NTA declares results based on final answer key.

• Top scorers qualify for JRF

• Others may qualify for Lectureship (LS)/Assistant Professor

🔹 Step 7: E-Certificate Issuance

Qualified candidates receive e-certificates for JRF or Lectureship from NTA/CSIR.

•  Click on "Registration for Joint CSIR-UGC NET June 2025"
  Find the active registration link on the homepage.

•  Register Yourself (One-Time Registration)

  • Enter your name, mobile number, email ID.

  • Create password & security question.

  • Submit the OTP to verify mobile/email.

•  Login to Fill Application Form

  • Use your Application Number and Password to log in.

  • Fill academic details, subject applied for, exam city preferences, etc.

•  Upload Documents

  • Recent passport-size photo (JPEG, < 200KB)

  • Signature (JPEG, < 30KB)

  • Category/EWS/Disability certificate (if applicable)

•  Pay Examination Fee

  • Select your payment method (Net Banking / UPI / Credit/Debit Card).

  • Fee varies as per category.

•  Final Submission

  • Review the form carefully.

  • Click on "Final Submit" and download confirmation page.

•  Download Application Form & Fee Receipt

  • Take a printout for future reference.

🔹 Step 2: Find the Exam City Intimation Link

On the homepage, look for a notification or link titled:
“City Intimation Slip for CSIR UGC NET June 2025”
Click on the link.

🔹 Step 3: Login to Your Account

Enter the following details:

• Application Number

• Date of Birth

• Security Pin (Captcha)
  Then click on “Submit”.

🔹 Step 4: View Your Exam City Details

After login, your Exam City Slip will be displayed on the screen.
It includes:

• Exam City

• Exam Date

• Shift & Timing

• Paper Name

🔹 Step 5: Download & Print the Slip

• Click on the “Download” button.

• Save the PDF for future use.

• Print a copy to carry during travel and for reference.
