AAI Junior Executive Recruitment 2025 — Apply via GATE (976 Posts)
Airports Authority of India (AAI) has released notification for Junior Executive Recruitment 2025 through GATE 2023/24/25. A total of 976 tentative vacancies are available in Architecture, Civil, Electrical, Electronics, and IT disciplines. Eligible candidates with valid GATE score can apply online from 28 August 2025 to 27 September 2025 at the official AAI website. Selection will be based on GATE score merit followed by document verification. The pay scale is ₹40,000–1,40,000 with CTC around ₹13 LPA. Application fee is ₹300, while SC/ST/PwBD/Female candidates are exempted.

AAI Junior Executive Recruitment 2025
Step 1: Shortlisting through GATE Score
- Candidates must have a valid GATE score (2023/2024/2025) in the relevant discipline.
- Equal weightage will be given to all three years of GATE scores.
- Based on GATE marks, candidates will be shortlisted for the next stage.
Step 2: Application Verification
- Shortlisted candidates will be called for document verification.
- They must produce original certificates (Educational, Age, Caste, PwBD, GATE scorecard, etc.).
- Identity proof will also be checked.
- Failure to produce documents will lead to disqualification.
Step 3: Final Merit List
- A merit list will be prepared based on GATE score and successful document verification.
- Tie-breaking rules:
- Higher GATE score → Higher rank.
- If scores are equal, older candidate → Higher rank.
- If both are equal, higher marks in qualifying degree → Higher rank.
Special Condition for Electronics Post
- Selected candidates for Junior Executive (Electronics) must undergo 6 months training.
- A Surety Bond of ₹7,00,000 must be signed to serve AAI for minimum 3 years after training.
