Pay Scale: ₹19,900/- to ₹47,920/- per month (as per SBI Clerk pay structure, includes allowances like DA, HRA, medical, etc.)

These vacancies are spread across the following states and union territories:
Gujarat, Andhra Pradesh, Karnataka, Madhya Pradesh, Chhattisgarh, Odisha, Haryana, Jammu & Kashmir, Himachal Pradesh, Ladakh, Punjab, Tamil Nadu, Telangana, Rajasthan, West Bengal, Andaman & Nicobar Islands, Sikkim, Uttar Pradesh, and Maharashtra.

Junior Associate (Customer Support & Sales)

• Education: Graduation in any discipline by 31/12/2025. Final-year students may apply.
• Age Limit: 20–28 years as on 01/04/2025 (Born between 02/04/1997 and 01/04/2005)
  Age relaxation: OBC – 3 years, SC/ST – 5 years, PwBD – 10–15 years, others as per rules.
• Must know the local language of the state applied for.

• General / OBC / EWS : ₹750/-

• SC / ST / PwBD : ₹0/-

Recruitment of Junior Associates (Customer Support & Sales) 2025

• Preliminary Examination (Objective Type – Online)
  • Subjects: English Language, Numerical Ability, Reasoning Ability
  • Duration: 1 hour (20 minutes per section) / Marks: 100
• Main Examination (Objective Type – Online)
  • Subjects: General/Financial Awareness, General English, Quantitative Aptitude, Reasoning Ability & Computer Aptitude
  • Duration: 2 hours 40 minutes / Marks: 200
• Local Language Test
  • Candidates must be proficient in the local language of the state applied for.
  • Exempted if already studied the language in school or cleared SBI’s earlier local language test.
• Document Verification
  • All original certificates, ID proof, and other required documents will be checked.
• Medical Examination
  • Candidate must be medically fit as per SBI standards.

• Total Vacancies: 5,180 posts across various states and UTs.

• Job Role: Customer service, sales, and branch-related clerical work.

   • Enter your name, mobile number, email ID, and security code.
   • You will receive a provisional registration number and password on your email and mobile.
4. Fill the Application Form
   • Log in with your registration number and password.
   • Fill in personal, educational, and communication details.
5. Upload Documents
   • Recent passport-size photo (JPEG, 20–50 KB).
   • Signature (JPEG, 10–20 KB).
   • Left-hand thumb impression (JPEG, 20–50 KB).
   • Handwritten declaration (JPEG, 50–100 KB) – text as per notification.
6. Preview and Verify
   • Check all details carefully. Once submitted, no changes are allowed.
7. Pay Application Fee (if applicable)
   • Payment through Debit Card, Credit Card, Net Banking, UPI.
8. Final Submission
   • Submit the form and take a printout of the application and fee receipt for future reference.
