Age & Eligibility

• Age: 18–35 years (up to 40 in some cases); relaxations apply .
• Qualifications range from 10th to Graduate/Post Graduate based on the role.

• General/OBC/EWS: ₹3000-/
• SC/ST/EWS: ₹2400-/
• PWBD: Free: ₹0-/

• Computer-Based Test (CBT):
  All candidates must appear for an online CBT exam covering subject-specific knowledge, general awareness, reasoning, and basic computer skills.
• Skill Test / Typing Test (If applicable):
  For certain posts like Stenographer, LDC, DEO, a typing speed or skill test will be mandatory.
• Document Verification:
  Candidates qualifying in CBT and skill test will be called for document verification with original certificates.
• Medical Fitness Test:
  A medical examination may be required before final selection.
• Final Merit List:
  A merit list will be prepared based on performance in all stages.

1. Notification Release

The official notification for the AIIMS Common Recruitment Examination (CRE) for Group B & C posts was published between 11–12 July 2025, covering multiple central AIIMS institutions across India.

 2. Total Number of Vacancies

AIIMS is conducting recruitment for approximately 3,496 to 3,501 positions, including roles like UDC, MTS, Junior Engineer, Pharmacist, Stenographer, and more.

3. Application Period

• Start Date: 12 July 2025
• Last Date: 31 July 2025 (till 5:00 PM)
  Candidates must submit their forms via the official portal within the given timeframe. No extension has been announced.

🔹 Step 1: Visit the Official Website

Go to the official AIIMS exam portal:   https://www.aiimsexams.ac.in

🔹 Step 2: Register as a New User

1. Click on "New Registration" under the CRE 2025 section.

2. Fill in basic details:

   • Full Name / Date of Birth / Mobile Number / Email ID / Create Password

3. Submit the form and verify OTP sent to your mobile/email.

🔹 Step 3: Login to Fill the Application Form

1. Use your registered email/mobile and password to log in.

2. Select the desired post and proceed.

3. Complete the full application form including:

   • Personal details (Father’s Name, Category, etc.)

   • Educational Qualifications

   • Work Experience (if applicable)

   • Exam center preference

🔹 Step 4: Upload Documents

Upload scanned copies of:

• Passport-size photo (recent, color)

• Signature (in black ink)

• Left-hand thumb impression

• Educational certificates (as per requirement)

Note: File size and format should match the notification’s guidelines (usually JPG/JPEG under 100–200 KB).

🔹 Step 5: Pay the Application Fee

Use online payment modes like:

• UPI / Debit Card / Credit Card / Net Banking

• Fee: ₹3000 (Gen/OBC), ₹2400 (SC/ST/EWS), Nil (PwD)

After successful payment, your application will be marked as “Complete.”

🔹 Step 6: Final Preview and Submit

• Review the entire form carefully before final submission.

• After confirming, click “Final Submit” (No changes allowed post submission).

🔹 Step 7: Download the Confirmation Page

• Download or print the Acknowledgment Slip / Application Form for future reference.

• You may also get an application ID and confirmation email.
