Railway Recruitment Board (RRB) has announced CEN 03/2025 Para-Medical Recruitment for 434 vacancies across various posts including Nursing Superintendent, Pharmacist, Lab Assistant, Radiographer, ECG Technician, and others. Interested candidates can apply online from 9 August 2025 to 18 September 2025 through the official RRB portals. The selection will be based on a Computer Based Test (CBT), followed by Document Verification and Medical Examination. 1. Age Limit

• Age: 18 Years (as per post) -40 Years (as per post)
• Age Relaxation:
  • SC / ST: 5 Years / OBC (NCL): 3 Years / PwBD: 10–15 Years (depending on category)
  • Ex-Servicemen & Other Categories: As per RRB rules

2. Educational Qualification

• Nursing Superintendent: B.Sc. (Nursing) OR General Nursing & Midwifery (GNM) with relevant experience.
• Dialysis Technician: Diploma in Dialysis Technology or relevant medical field.
• Health & Malaria Inspector Gr II: B.Sc. in Chemistry / Biology with relevant experience.
• Pharmacist (Entry Grade): 10+2 (Science) with Diploma or Degree in Pharmacy from a recognized institute.
• Radiographer X-Ray Technician: 10+2 (Physics & Chemistry) with Diploma in Radiography / X-Ray Technology.
• ECG Technician: 10+2 (Science) with Diploma / Certificate in ECG Technology.
• Laboratory Assistant Grade II: 10+2 (Science) with Diploma in Medical Laboratory Technology (DMLT).

3. Nationality

• Must be a citizen of India, or a subject of Nepal/Bhutan, or a Tibetan refugee who came to India before 01 January 1962, or a Person of Indian Origin (PIO) as per Government of India norms.

• SC / ST / PwBD / EBC / Female / Transgender / ExSM : ₹250/-

1. Computer Based Test (CBT)
   • Objective type multiple-choice questions.
   • Negative marking of 1/3 mark for every wrong answer.
   • Marks will be normalized if the exam is conducted in multiple shifts.
2. Document Verification (DV)
   • Verification of original documents including educational certificates, caste/category certificates (if applicable), and other eligibility proofs.
3. Medical Examination
   • Candidates must meet the prescribed medical standards for the post.
   • Fitness will be assessed as per the Indian Railway Medical Manual.

• The recruitment is being conducted for 434 Para-Medical posts across various Railway zones.
• Only one RRB can be selected by the candidate; multiple applications will lead to rejection.
• Negative marking of 1/3 mark will be applied for each wrong answer in CBT.
• Medical fitness is mandatory for final appointment.
• Age, education, and other eligibility conditions will be considered as on the closing date of application.
• Reservation benefits will be applicable as per Government of India rules.
• All communication will be done through the registered mobile number and email ID only.
• Admit Card, Exam Date, Answer Key, and Results will be released on the official RRB websites.
• The application correction window will be open from 11 September to 20 September 2025 with a modification fee.
• Fee refund will be given only to those who appear in the CBT.

• Fill in the Online Application Form
  • Enter personal details, educational qualifications, and post preferences carefully.
  • Select the Railway zone and post(s) you are eligible for.
• Upload Required Documents
  • Upload a recent passport-size photograph, signature, and other required certificates in the specified format.
• Pay the Application Fee
  • Pay the fee online through Net Banking, Debit/Credit Card, or UPI.
• Final Submission
  • Review all details before submission.
  • Once submitted, take a printout of the confirmation page for future reference.
• Correction Window
  • If needed, make corrections between 11 September and 20 September 2025 by paying the modification fee.
