Indian Navy INCET-01/2025 Admit Card is now available for download online. Candidates who applied for various Group B and Group C civilian posts can download their hall tickets from the official Indian Navy website. The admit card is mandatory to enter the exam center. It contains important details like exam date, time, venue, and candidate instructions. Candidates must carry a valid photo ID along with the admit card to the exam. Eligibility Criteria
  • Posts: Various Group ‘B (NG)’ and Group ‘C’ civilian posts like Staff Nurse, Chargeman (multiple trades), Pharmacist, Fireman, Tradesman Mate, Multi Tasking Staff etc.
  • Age Limit: Generally 18 to 25/27 years (varies by post), Staff Nurse and Lady Health Visitor up to 45 years (with relaxations).
  • Educational Qualification: Varies per post; ranges from Matriculation, ITI, Diploma, Degree in respective fields. Some technical posts require engineering diplomas/degrees and experience.
  • Reservation: As per government rules for SC/ST/OBC/EWS/PwBD/ESM with horizontal reservation for PwBD and Ex-Servicemen.
Application Fee
  • Rs. 295 (excluding taxes) for General candidates
  • Fee exempted for SC/ST/PwBDs/ESM/Women candidates
  • Payment through online mode via net banking, UPI, credit/debit cards
Selection Process

Indian Navy civilian exam admit card

  1. Screening of Applications
    • Initial screening to verify basic eligibility.
    • Only eligible candidates are allowed to appear in the computer-based test.
    • Screening is preliminary; detailed scrutiny occurs post-examination.
  2. Computer-Based Examination (CBT)
    • Conducted online at allotted centers.
    • Duration: 90 minutes.
    • Total Questions: 100 (Multiple Choice Questions).
    • Sections:
      • General Intelligence: 25 questions
      • General Awareness: 25 questions
      • Quantitative Aptitude: 25 questions
      • English Language: 25 questions
    • Medium: English and Hindi (except English section).
    • Minimum Qualifying Marks:
      • UR: 35%
      • OBC/EWS: 30%
      • Others: 25%
    • Score normalization may be applied if conducted in multiple shifts.
  3. Physical and Skill Tests
    • For specific posts such as:
      • Fire Engine Driver and Fireman: Physical fitness and endurance test.
      • Civilian Motor Driver: Skill test.
      • Bhandari: Swimming test.
      • Tradesman Mate, Multi Tasking Staff (including Sahaika, Dresser, Dhobi, Mali, Barber): Proficiency test.
    • These tests are qualifying in nature.
    • Marks obtained in these are not added to the overall merit but are mandatory to qualify.
  4. Document Verification
    • After qualifying the examination and tests, candidates’ documents are verified.
    • Documents such as age proof, educational certificates, caste/category certificates, disability certificates, and others are scrutinized.
    • Candidates must produce originals and valid certificates.
  5. Final Merit List and Appointment
    • Based on marks secured in the CBT and successful qualification in skill/physical tests.
    • Tie-breakers decided by date of birth (older candidate preferred) and then alphabetical order by name.
    • Appointment is provisional, subject to medical fitness and verification.
  6. Other Details
    • Candidates with disabilities may be allowed scribes and compensatory time as per medical guidelines.
    • Eligibility is checked thoroughly during document verification; candidates found ineligible are disqualified.

  3. Login to Your Account:
    • Use your registration number/ application number and password to log in.
  4. Download Admit Card:

    • Click the link and download the admit card PDF.
  5. Check Details on Admit Card:
    • Verify your name, roll number, exam date, time, venue, and important instructions must be correct.
  6. Print Admit Card:
    • Take a printout of the admit card as it is mandatory to carry the admit card to the examination center.
    • Without admit card and valid photo ID, candidates will not be allowed to appear in the exam.
